If you are at the private hospitals and you expect the front office to recommend a particular specialist, you will likely get an answer that all their specialists are equally good. Not that useful I know. But that's the policy in private hospitals in order to avoid conflict between their medical specialists.

The front office or the customer service department will offer you a list of options and you will need to choose one. If you were to ask who is the best? The most likely answer is 'they are equally good'.
